At Rossford Schools, communication and safety are among our top priorities. We want to take a moment to inform you about the safety processes we have in place to protect our students.

Last week, three of our students and a teacher participated as guardians on a Flag City Honor Flight, accompanying veterans on a memorable journey to Washington, D.C. In this week’s Rossford Schools Podcast, we sit down with the students to hear about their experiences visiting monuments, witnessing the Changing of the Guard, and more.

Nominations are sought for the Rossford High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Nominations must be submitted by November 1 to the Rossford High School athletic office, 701 Superior Street or emailed to [email protected] to be considered for induction this year.

The family of Dr. Scott Lee, a member of the Rossford High School Class of 1985, has made an incredibly generous contribution to the backpack program at Rossford Schools. In his honor, Dr. Lee's family is donating $5,000 annually for five years to ensure that students in need have access to essential food resources.

The 2024 Award of Distinction Ceremony will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the Rossford Junior-Senior High School Auditorium where this year’s honoree, Neil A. MacKinnon III, will be recognized for his significant contributions to society.
